Thilo Vogeler graduated as MSc in Ecosystem Management/ Geography. From 2015 to 2020, he has worked at the German Chamber of Commerce in Kenya, heading the Competence Center Energy and Environment. Since 2021, Thilo has joined cyclos with his experiences in conducting legislative and regulatory analyses, conceptualizing intervention strategies and implementing knowledge transfer in the waste management sector.
